TheForge is a habit gamification iOS app built and operated by TheForge Ltd, United Kingdom.

The app is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change before public launch.

By registering as an Operator, you agree to these terms.

TestFlight access is pre-release software provided as-is, with no guarantees of stability or continuity.

We may update, reset, or discontinue beta access at any time without notice.

Feedback submitted during beta may be used to improve the app.

One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others.

You must provide accurate information when registering.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to exploit the app or its API.

Do not impersonate other users, TheForge staff, or the company.

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Paid tiers will be billed via the Apple App Store at public launch.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.

No charges apply during the TestFlight beta period.

All content, design, systems, copy, and branding belong to TheForge Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your personal usage data belongs to you — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Beta software has no uptime guarantees. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or errors during the beta period.

TheForge is a tool to support your habits — results depend entirely on your own actions.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
